Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Cold School Co. ("we", "us"), a business operated by Jaiden Tai Banks, a sole trader. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Made to order

Every product is printed after you order it, through our print partners. Because each item is made for you, please check your colour, size and quantity before you check out.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Changing or cancelling an order

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an item has been printed we can't cancel it, but your rights under our Refund Policy still apply.

4. Colours and print

Product photos are digital mock-ups. Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and small variations in print position are normal for printed drinkware.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Some items are made and shipped by overseas print partners. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, faults and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

7. Our content

The Cold School Co. name, bottle cap logo, slogan, designs and site content belong to us. You can't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law lets us limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them. This doesn't exclude any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
