Returns and refunds

Every Cold School Co. product is printed to order just for you. Because of this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, such as ordering the wrong size or colour.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
